Win Project Management activities
–
Ø Attending Audio and Video Conferencing with CHQ and NHQ on regular basis for discussing project progress.
Ø Analyzing different reports on project progress prepared by NHQ.
Ø Handling a team of 40 Site Engineers and more then 115 Vendors (Civil/Electric )
Ø Preparing SWR and vendor allocations in consultation with the circle team.
Ø Planning for priority depending on media availability for timely radiation of sites.
Ø Total Vendor management – Infrastructure, Utilities, Electronics for Integration
in time.
Ø Inspection of the work of the vendors and provide respective solutions.
Ø Quality Control Checks for Utilities/Infrastructure.
Ø Proficiency with site selections, antenna(CDMA,GSM,MW)mounting heights,&
orientations.
Ø Site handover to maintenance team.

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION
§ Installing workstations, servers, Server Administration, network services and peripherals.
§ Maintaining the Network Infrastructure, Installation, migration and configuration of
network client workstations, manage Local and Domain wide groups.
§ Designing the Backup Strategy for the sites and ensuring scheduled/unscheduled Backups
as per backup plan and restoration.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT/
TROUBLESHOOTING
§ Addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring maximum network uptime.
§ Assisting in the design and implementation of the network (LAN & WAN), troubleshooting
network problems and conflicts.
§
Suggesting improvements in the operations and processes to make the system
foolproof.
NETWORKING PROJECTS
§ Maintaining, updating the LAN diagrams of the site.
§ Managing IP allocation and ensuring minimal downtime of machines.
